Dear members
Following on from the Club’s previous correspondence about future redevelopment opportunities for Esher RFC we are pleased to invite you to two presentations on Tuesday June 2nd and Friday June 5th at 6.30pm for a 7pm start to discuss these proposals in greater detail and listen to any feedback you may have. These will both be hosted in the Downey Suite within the Clubhouse.
The presentations will be led by Mark Bennett (President) and Olly Johnson (Chairman) and will also involve representatives of Ashill Commercial and their advisors. The two presentations will cover off the same material and as such members only need attend on the date most convenient for them. A contingency date will be allowed for the following week, commencing 8th June in the event members are unable to attend the above dates.
These events allow our valued members to engage with our committee representatives and their development partners on the vision for the future of Esher RFC.
Considerable time and due diligence has been undertaken by the Club over the last 12 months and we greatly look forward to presenting you with an exciting and comprehensive set of proposals for the sustainable future of our Club as we move into our next chapter.
